Olympic Weightlifting
Master the snatch, clean and jerk. Improve technique, strength and mobility under the expert guidance of our British Weightlifting Coaches.

Designed towards building strength and techniques for Strongman events. Content is usually focused on events in upcoming competitions.

Saturday morning fun and games with an emphasis on team work outs. A great start to your weekend.

Over 40 slots a week where you can come and use our equipment and space. Booking in advance is recommended but not essential.

Premium Open Gym slots are Open Gym slots during our busiest hours so you need to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Unlimited Membership holders get unlimited POG slots!
