CrossFit Kids
Our CrossFit Kids classes, held on Saturday mornings for children aged 5-11 are designed to inspire young minds to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle through fun and engaging activities.
Led by our experienced coaches, each session combines age-appropriate exercises, games, and challenges that promote strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
We believe in making fitness fun, and our classes incorporate activities to keep kids motivated and eager to participate. By introducing functional movements and healthy habits early on, we help our CrossFit Kids to set goals, discover their own strengths, and celebrate their achievements.
CrossFit Teens
CrossFit Teens classes are held on Saturday mornings and Tuesday late afternoons for young people aged 11-15.
Led by our qualified coaches, each session combines functional movements, strength training, and conditioning exercises tailored to each participant’s age and ability level. We focus on proper technique, injury prevention, and overall physical development to help teens build a solid foundation of strength, agility, and endurance.
