Gymnastics: low volume toes to bar, pull ups (chest to bar pull ups for male competitors), HSPU to an ab mat. There will be scaled alternatives to these.

Clean and jerk: 70/50kg
Gymnastics: toes to bar, pull ups, chest to bar pull ups and BMU - however, if you are able to meet all the standards other than BMU we strongly recommend you enter Rx. If you fall within this remit and are unsure about which category to enter - please contact us.

Gymnastics: same standards as Rx, however, lower volume.

Dominus CrossFit prides itself on its welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. We implement a "don't be a dick" policy. If you are able to meet all of the Rx standards but BMU we advise you enter Rx and we will provide appropriate alternatives, we hope that you will respect this policy. If you are unsure which category to enter, please email Frankii on frankii@dominuscrossfit.com and she will assist you in choosing the appropriate category. If you are found to be "sandbagging" your performances may not be counted towards the podium.
